其實......我是強烈建議你自己翻,英文不自己去碰,永遠不會進步,我英文也很爛,但至少專業領域,我盡量去看原文書,所以現在專業英文閱讀還ok... 幾丁聚醣/聚乙烯醇(以下簡稱PVA)水合膠膜的製備 2.5 %(此篇皆用重量百分比,以下不再註明)的幾丁聚醣溶液的配製: 以1%的醋酸於室溫下溶解85%去乙醯率,分子量約635000道耳吞(Dalton作者忘了加單位)的幾丁聚醣(Chitin,Chitosan Inc ,Taiwan--->這指的是藥品名稱與來源公司) 攪拌過夜後, 在使用前以過濾膜過濾 10%PVA溶液的配製: 以蒸餾水於80度下溶解PVA(重量平均分子量約75000道耳吞, Sigma(藥品廠商)),並攪拌4小時 然後將上述二溶液以幾丁聚醣溶液20~100%的比例混合攪拌24小時, 並以玻璃培養皿再室溫進行膜造48小時, 然後分別加熱60度2小時,140度4小時.熱處理後,以2.5%甲醛,17%硫酸的溶液浸泡,再於室溫下浸泡於12%的氫氧化鈉溶液中後,以蒸餾水清洗,並浸泡於蒸餾水中24小時,然後進行凍亁 製好的膜,其化學組成以電子光譜儀(2100VG Scientific--->型號與廠商)與紅外線光譜儀器(Perkin-Elmer model 567)偵測. 熱性質以熱示差掃描儀(Du Pont 2100 DSC V4 OB)與熱重分析儀(原文筆誤,應為TGA,Du Pont 9900TA)搭配951 TGA module. 熱示差掃描以溫度30~800度的範圍,升溫速率每分鐘10度進行分析. 動態機械分析儀 (Du Pont 2980) 則以1Hz,0~200度的範圍, 溫度掃描速率每分鐘5度. 正弦型振幅設定在20微米. 這篇不知您從哪看到的, 規格不太統一, 條件也不夠清楚, 看起來不像paper,要說是論文,也有點粗糙,比較像是研究報告..... 2005-07-11 16:30:34 補充： 嗯,我看到原文了,乃心不是用複製貼上的吧,是自己一個字一個字打的喔? 不過我還是覺得他寫的規格有點不夠統一
